Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Float to all Med-Surg areas as needed, supporting various units.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient services.
- Maintain certification and licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical specialty.
- Active Nursys license verification.
- Current certification card.
- Skills checklist completed and up-to-date.
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift with no gaps greater than 60 days in work history.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- EPIC electronic health record system experience.
- Experience floating across multiple Med-Surg units.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
