Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• See an average of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Support workload by double-booking follow-up visits when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are not considered.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts on days.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Relevant outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Previous experience with patient documentation and treatment planning.
