Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient status and treatment activities accurately
- Follow all clinical protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Relevant outpatient therapy experience (0-3 years for Level 1; over 3 years for Level 2)
- Ability to commute within 50 miles of Dublin, GA for local positions or over 50 miles for travel assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient clinics or similar healthcare environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
