Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, evenings, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, adhering to safety standards.
- Document procedures accurately within the hospital’s electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with radiology staff to ensure efficient workflow and image quality.
- Follow hospital policies and protocols, including dress code and patient care guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI.
- Minimum of 2 years’ MRI technologist experience.
- Ability to operate GE MRI equipment.
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital setting with high patient volumes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Prior experience with advanced imaging procedures and technology.
