- Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in Intermediate Care, Progressive Care, or Stepdown units
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a travel nurse role or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
