Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients, including micropreemies and critically ill infants.
- Administer respiratory support and manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation equipment.
- Perform procedures such as central line care and surgery assistance (excluding heads/hearts).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changing conditions promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Level II-III NICU experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience in NICU.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level III-IV NICU experience.
- Experience with advanced equipment such as HFOV, CPAP, NIPPV, and handling central lines.
- Teamwork-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
