• Rotating shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
• Certification in specialized therapy techniques (if applicable).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
