Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of therapy services in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support patient education and promote adherence to prescribed exercises and therapies

Required Qualifications

• Valid State of California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
• Proven experience assisting in a physical therapy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and patient safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation clinics
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
