Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in surgical procedures within various service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical interventions.
• Operating and maintaining surgical equipment and instruments.
• Collaborating with surgical teams to support efficient operative workflows.
• Adhering to facility policies and sterile procedures during surgeries.
• Providing coverage for call shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience.
• Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, and Orthopedic procedures—no exceptions.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred or required.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic surgery procedures.
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system.
• Prior experience in high-acuity surgical environments.
