• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency patient care in a high-volume ER setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient treatment plans according to protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adapt to float to different units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
• Follow all compliance and policy guidelines to meet hospital standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS, PALS.
• Must have recent travel experience.
• Ability to provide two references.
• Must be able to pass background and compliance checks, including SSN and DOB verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
• Ability to adapt to different units and float as necessary.
• Familiarity with hospital charting systems (not mandatory).
