Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient interactions and treatment details accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to provide compassionate patient care in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a travel or temporary nursing role.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to handle multiple patients.
