• Full-time, night shifts (3x12s)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU.
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies for unit acuity and float policy, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Utilize proficient clinical skills including ventilator management, IV starts, and telemetry.
• Complete required documentation and maintain competency with hospital electronic health records systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in ICU settings.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different ICU environments.
