Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current professional references covering at least 1 year of supervision.
- Compact license in good standing.
- Ability to work the designated schedule and fulfill holiday commitments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings.
- Bilingual abilities a plus.
