• Therapist - Occupational Therapist
Location
• Columbia, MO
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and working skills
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient support
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational policies
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Missouri
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices
• Certification in specialized therapeutic methods (if applicable)
