• Full-time, Days shifts, On-site
Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a healthcare setting
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy sessions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Float to an additional facility as needed to support patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
