- Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, Guarantee of 35 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospital standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment areas
- Collaborate with medical team to support patient recovery plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Prior experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric therapy
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
