Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Oversee and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to perform clinical assessments and documentation accurately.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate approach to resident care and team collaboration.
