• Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Manage high patient ratios, ensuring quality care and patient safety.
• Complete required documentation and comply with facility policies.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Follow all protocols related to certifications and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (pending license accepted; must obtain before start).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience; 2 years preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Comfortable with high patient ratios (1:44).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent EPIC electronic health record experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to pass required cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation tests on orientation day.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Open to first-time travelers with the necessary qualifications.
