Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights (3x12-hour shifts), rotating weeknights and weekends; rotating holidays; on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, floating to different units as needed
• Manage patient acuity with estimated ratios of 1:3-4, ensuring quality care delivery
• Follow established protocols including ACLS, BLS, and NIH guidelines
• Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with all credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications
• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification
• Epic experience required
• Ability to work rotating nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to float between units within the organization

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Ohio State University healthcare facilities preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
