Job Title

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.
• Monitor and manage critically ill neonates requiring respiratory, nutritional, and surgical support.
• Float within scope of practice as needed to meet hospital staffing needs.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
• Support families and provide neonatal education and support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level IV NICU.
• BLS and NRPL certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to float within scope of practice.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO, CRRT, and neonatal surgical support.
• Prior travel or temporary staffing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment.
