- Days, full-time (5 days per week), 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with mobility or functional impairments
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation services including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehab
- Assist patients with wheelchair seating, neck, back, and extremity care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Travel to multiple points of care as needed
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to travel to various care locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient therapy experience (nice-to-have)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
