Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in compliance with treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to assignment start date.
• Follow established protocols for patient care and equipment usage.
• Adhere to licensing requirements and maintain active licensure.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain billing and scheduling compliance as per facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting related to physical therapy.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Must have a valid and current license to practice.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Experience in setting and outpatient therapy settings.

Additional Details

• Starting date: March 2
• Bill rate: $80/hour
• Weekly billing cycle with 30 days' notice prior to assignment end
• Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day
• OT pay at 1.5x when applicable
