Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedics therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure the best patient experience.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Work efficiently within scheduled hours, with up to 40 hours per week, including potential float to other clinics.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding overtime, with prior approval required for any additional hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Previous outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
