Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Dallas, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, 36 hours guaranteed (up to 40 hours), outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general orthopedic patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and injury prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Ensure all therapy sessions are documented accurately and timely

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work a full day shift (8 hours)
• Must be approved to work overtime by the director if necessary

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in general orthopedics
• New grads may be considered, contingent upon licensing and approval
