Part-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Support high patient ratios with a focus on quality care and compliance.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident well-being.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license (pending license is accepted with start date contingent).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1-year LTC or SNF experience; 2 years preferred.
• Ability to pass required skills tests (Cardiac Dysrhythmia, Moderate Sedation for applicable units).
• Comfortable with high patient ratios (1:44).
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Prior experience in ICU, OR, or Endoscopy units (for sedation testing).
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to work night shifts.
