Part-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
- Support high patient ratios with a focus on quality care and compliance.
- Follow facility policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident well-being.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license (pending license is accepted with start date contingent).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 1-year LTC or SNF experience; 2 years preferred.
- Ability to pass required skills tests (Cardiac Dysrhythmia, Moderate Sedation for applicable units).
- Comfortable with high patient ratios (1:44).
- Open to new graduates and first-time travelers.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience.
- Prior experience in ICU, OR, or Endoscopy units (for sedation testing).
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work night shifts.
