• Travel, 13-week contract, nights shift, 36 guaranteed hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy ICU setting, including ventilator management, bedside procedures, and critical patient monitoring
• Perform ICU-specific procedures such as central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter insertions, cardioversions, and intubations
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license for Texas (temp licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, specifically MICU/MSICU
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with ICU equipment including ventilators, GE cardiac monitors, NXStage, Arctic Sun
• Demonstrated proficiency in ICU procedures and patient management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Meditech electronic health record experience preferred
• CCRN certification highly desirable
