Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pediatric intensive care to critically ill patients aged 0-18.
• Monitor and support patients with complex medical needs, including ventilatory, cardiac, ECMO, and CRRT support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately within Epic electronic charting system.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, including required certifications and Licenses.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State / Compact RN license.
• At least 2 years of PICU experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
• Ability to work 3 nights per week, with flexibility for up to 5 weekend shifts including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Willingness to float within scope as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT therapies.
• Previous work in a pediatric ICU setting in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital.
