Schedule / Job Type

• 13-week travel assignment, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to telemetry patients including those with PCI and CABG history
• Monitor and interpret EKGs, perform standard nursing procedures such as IV insertions, urinary catheterizations, and central line maintenance
• Administer medications and communicate effectively with the care team
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (Meditech)
• Collaborate with a team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
• Support unit protocols and policies while maintaining a friendly, positive, patient-centered approach

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute med/surg/telemetry experience
• Ability to care for 4-6 patients simultaneously
• Standard nursing skills, including IV insertions, urinary catheterization, medication administration, and EKG interpretation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of telemetry experience, specifically with PCI and CABG patients
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
