Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence.
• Provide outpatient services including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
• Collaborate with the rehab team in a well-equipped outpatient therapy department within a critical access hospital.
• Deliver therapy sessions with 45-minute treatment times in a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Travel to multiple points of care as needed to provide comprehensive patient coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Ability to travel to various care locations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient therapy services, particularly in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
