- Full-time, 12-hour Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit within a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital.
- Work 3 nights per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with flexibility for holidays and weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring quality care.
- Float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU/Stepdown or similar units.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and a flexible schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital environment.
- Experience with EPIC charting system.
- Ability to adapt to a block schedule upon manager approval.
