Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with weekends and holidays (no call)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ER patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and monitor updates to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Float between different ER units and campuses as needed based on census and staffing requirements.
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina license or Compact license in hand prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Epic electronic charting experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with availability for weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar hospital setting.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and trauma care.
• Adaptability to floating between different units and campuses.
