Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients within a busy acute care hospital
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope to meet hospital needs, including coverage in like units or sister facilities as required
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including holiday and weekend rotations

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience (preferably 2 years)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work 3 days per week, 12-hour days, with holiday rotation and every other weekend requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume ICU environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
