Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy treatments to patients in a hospital or rehab setting.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Assist in mobility and functional recovery through therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support Unit Operations by adhering to policies and utilizing new equipment or technology as available.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in acute care or long-term acute care (LTAC).
• Proficiency with MediTech EMR or similar electronic health record systems.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic surgeries and heart transplants.
• Familiarity with mobility devices and rehabilitation equipment.
