Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients based on physician referrals
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
• Document patient treatment and progress accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy exercises and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience in a hospital or multi-disciplinary clinic
