- Full-time, 13-week contract, Days shift, Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, maintaining safety and quality standards
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with procedures such as gastric decompression and wound care
- Support patient recovery and comfort during their hospital stay
- Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- IV certification for LVNs (if applicable)
- 1 year of recent hospital experience in a Medical Surgical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification
- Experience with stroke NIH, EEGs, and wound care procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and self-motivated environment
