Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, travel assignment, 13-week duration, full-time (12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum nursing care to mother and baby patients in a hospital setting
- Assist in mother-baby stabilization and education during postpartum period
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Document patient progress and care measures accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas or appropriate state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of postpartum or maternal-child nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to travel assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a mother-baby or postpartum unit
- Experience working in a travel nursing role
- BLS certification required
