• Travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby patients in a 70-bed unit.
• Monitor and support patients with procedures such as blood sugar checks, IV antibiotics, phototherapy, and lactation support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and education on postpartum care.
• Adhere to unit policies, protocols, and safety standards during night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mother/Baby or postpartum nursing.
• Strong clinical skills in postpartum and newborn care.
• Ability to work night shifts effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NICU or postpartum experience.
• Experience with lactation support and postpartum procedures.
• Flexible and team-oriented personality.
