- Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and assess client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Occupational Therapist license or certification
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation strategies and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in diverse healthcare or community settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
