Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation facility
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Valid certification to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or rehab setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a rehab or outpatient facility
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and equipment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
