Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans.
• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including drug-free workplace requirements.
• Maintain clinical licenses and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active Illinois state license or confirmation that licensure application has been initiated.
• Understanding of confidentiality and compliance policies, including drug screening requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Availability to work scheduled 8-hour shifts on days.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
