Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, including trauma, post-surgical, and high-acuity cases.
• Monitor and manage ventilators, balloon pumps, CRRT, ECMO, and other advanced equipment.
• Administer medications, manage central lines, chest tubes, and medication drips.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.
• Follow unit policies and guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with ICU procedures such as trauma care, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and post-surgical ICU management.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC or ATCN certification.
• NIH stroke scale knowledge.
• Experience with high-acuity patient management and advanced equipment.
