Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona license for physical therapy assistants (or evidence of application with an ETA for approval).
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
