- Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Days, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients in a 28-bed inpatient facility
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using Epic charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to patient needs and ensure safety and comfort during shifts
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including holiday rotation and weekend requirements
- Float within scope to meet unit and facility needs as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license (must be in hand prior to start)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year since last perm staff role with the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a small inpatient hospital setting
- Ability to work a 12-hour daytime shift and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Epic charting system

Additional Details
- Local candidates outside a 60-mile radius are not accepted; priority for candidates with South Carolina RN license
- RTO requests must be included upon submission; no after-submit RTO approvals
- Hurricane season responsibilities may include emergency response duties during peak months
