Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and independent judgment.
• Support patients of all ages and their families with comprehensive care.
• Follow physician’s orders, standards of care, and hospital policies to ensure quality treatment.
• Provide acute and sub-acute nursing services in a busy healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care and monitor patient progress throughout shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid, current, and unrestricted nursing license issued by any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an acute or sub-acute healthcare facility.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or emergency care setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare services in rural or underserved communities.
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
