Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures on ambulatory and hospitalized patients.
• Assist radiologists and healthcare providers with imaging needs, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Follow established protocols to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines related to radiation and imaging.
• Collaborate with medical team members to optimize workflow and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current licensing as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) issued by the Texas Medical Board.
• Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT or equivalent).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid state driver's license and eligibility for on-call duties (all voluntary).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience performing CT imaging independently.
• Dual modality experience (e.g., X-ray, US, MRI).
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and patient care focus.
