- Full-time / Nights | 12-hour shifts | 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures on ambulatory and hospitalized patients.
- Assist radiologists and healthcare providers with imaging needs, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Follow established protocols to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging results.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines related to radiation and imaging.
- Collaborate with medical team members to optimize workflow and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current licensing as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) issued by the Texas Medical Board.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT or equivalent).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Valid state driver's license and eligibility for on-call duties (all voluntary).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience performing CT imaging independently.
- Dual modality experience (e.g., X-ray, US, MRI).
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and patient care focus.
