- Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
- Float within hospital as needed, providing flexible coverage based on unit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
- Valid State Nursing License (pending license with clear ETA acceptable).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications via AHA.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, with ratios of 1:2.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel or recent experience in maternal/newborn care.
- Prior experience with Meditech charting is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
