Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and resident care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
