Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to cardiac ICU patients
- Monitor and manage hemodynamic parameters, including PA catheters and other advanced equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform procedures such as central line insertions and intubations as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and unit guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU and cardiac experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and critical care procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
