• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or active Compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday as scheduled.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening within specified timeframes.
• Ability to complete necessary facility onboarding, including fingerprinting and badge pickup.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting with Med/Surg Telemetry specialty.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital electronic health record systems.
