Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid state physical therapy license
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
